What it is
SEI Activation is a focused, research-based pilot designed to make the Strategy–Execution Interface visible and establish initial governance within a defined organizational unit.
Why it exists
Most organizations attempt to correct execution through tools, training, and process improvements.
These approaches increase visibility but do not govern the interface where strategy becomes execution.
