BuzzCodex designs and diagnoses strategy-execution governance through a 3×3 interface architecture that prevents overload, collapse, and dependence on heroics.
At its core is the Strategy–Execution Interface (SEI): the often unowned, ungoverned space where strategic intent becomes coordinated action. When this interface strains, pressure shifts onto leaders and middle layers, people overload, and execution falters long before results expose the cost.

My background spans systems, finance, and organizational design. Educated and working across multiple countries and cultures, I co-founded and scaled businesses into multinational organizations. That experience across strategy, operations, and governance shaped how I understand the strategy–execution gap: not as a people problem or a system problem, but as an interface problem—the space between them.
My research and work focus on diagnosing and governing this interface. I don’t develop leaders or implement programs. I establish and assess the Strategy–Execution Interface (SEI) so organizations can see precisely where execution is breaking, why past fixes and training underperform, and where investment risk accumulates, enabling clearer decisions and reducing wasted investment.
