Executive Discovery

We meet with you and your HR & management teams to determine the project's scope and objectives.

Assessments

Your HR and management team, along with key members of your employee team, will take our specialized emotional intelligence 360 assessment. This will provide us with key baseline metrics to measure improvement over time.

Management Training Program (Group & Individual)

The first training consists of a full day (or two 4-hour sessions) of workshops for executives, HR and managers. Courses are usually delivered in person, but the program can be altered for videoconferencing. Groups of 10-15 people are ideal; larger groups require additional sessions. All participants will receive a workbook and access to their management training portal on our BuzzCodex online training portal.

Subjects include:

• cultural awareness
• active listening and communication
• conflict resolution
• basic coaching techniques
• how to navigate and use the BuzzCodex training portal

Employee Support Program

Employees will receive a training booklet outlining the program's principles and instructions on accessing their personal online training portal.

Note: 6 hours per month of individual coaching per employee is included in the monthly membership. Group employee coaching is not included but is available and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
