Natalie’s diverse personal and professional experiences have shaped her approach to leadership and innovation. Born in East Germany and raised in the Soviet Union, she developed a deep respect for cultural diversity. She studied business, finance, and HR across Germany, Belarus, England, Canada, the USA, and Australia, which broadened her global perspective.
At 19, Natalie co-founded a high-tech business, establishing partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. As the company grew to over 150 employees, it faced challenges in maintaining a strong culture, managing diverse teams, and sustaining growth while balancing innovation, accountability, and productivity.
To address these challenges, Natalie and her husband developed scalable systems empowering middle management to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
