Her Story

Natalie's diverse experiences as an immigrant, mom, executive, and entrepreneur have shaped her understanding of the critical importance of integrating our values, personal, and cultural traits with our business and career goals.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, her fiancé (now husband) and Natalie struck out to build their entrepreneurial future, only to realize that their team's unresolved personal and cultural differences were sabotaging their efforts.

As the manager in charge of operations, Natalie had to find a solution. Because of her extensive cultural experience and human relations training, relating to individuals on her team came easily to her.

Creating HR programs that allowed room for personal & cultural exchange and provided upskilling tools to help staff excel with economic, technical, and social challenges created an explosive synergy that propelled the company to success.

Experiencing firsthand the transformative power of holistic personal optimization inspired Natalie to create BuzzCodex.
