I’ve spent my life crossing borders and building things. Raised in the Eastern Bloc and educated across six countries, I learned early that culture, clarity, and structure matter more than buzzwords.
At 19, I co-founded a high-tech business that grew into a multinational team of more than 150 people. And then I also became a mom. Yep—let’s just say I know firsthand how tough it is to get strategy into action.
